Residents of the Resort Village of South Lake classed as seasonal or residential are taxed at the same mill rate.  A 15% discount on the municipal portion of taxes will be applied if paid by September 30.  The due date for taxes is December 31^st each year.  As long as payments are date stamped by the post office December 31 or prior, they will be honoured.  All arrears will be subject to a 25% penalty charge as of January 1^st.

Tax payments may be made by cash, cheque, debit, e-transfer, pre-authorized monthly payment or online banking (at some financial institutions). For details about getting set up on PAD, please contact the office.  Send e-transfers to southlake@sasktel.net.  Security questions and passwords are no longer needed as it will get directly deposited into our bank account.  Sorry for the inconvenience, but we do not accept credit cards.
